Neutrals are Cybertronians who could not be rebuilt for war. They are unaligned so the Decepticons use them for target practice and the Autobots make a pathetic attempt to defend their camps. Other than that this is a place where one can talk freely.

Regrettably the Decepticons hate being called bots, machines, robots, ect. and the Autobots hate being called cons because they are the criminals.

But as I may interrupt the questions, I would say yes, you can be a turncoat or an Autobot spy among Decepticons or a Decepticon spy among Autobots.
